When it comes to tablets, Apples iPad is the highest selling tablet and of course, the preferred. The iPad mini and regular iPad has always been a successful product and Apple have always out-do competing products.
Tomorrow 22nd October, Apple is set to unveil its new retina display iPad mini and a lighter and thinner 9.7inch iPad 5. This was confirmed by WSJ today.
The lighter and thinner iPad 5 will be built with a thin film as the screen instead of using glass like the previous versions. This will in turn make this new iPad not only thinner but also lighter.
As Apple prepares for their event tomorrow, Microsoft is also going to be unveiling their second generation tablet; looking to woo some customers to itself.
